While Special Screencraft can work with nearly all major software packages, please be aware of some issues. When submitting PDFs, it is often a good idea to include the fonts you desire. We ask for this because we are often asked to make last minute changes and while all other objects in the PDF are intact, font substitution can and may occur.
Generally, we prefer to work with native formats (i.e. InDesign, Quark, Publisher) and ask that when submitting these, be sure to include all vector artwork, bitmaps, and of course, fonts as well.
As well, wherever possible, we ask that customers supply us with a printed hard copy. This allows us and you to spot inconsistencies or substitutions that may have occurred when opening or outputting files.
